Why Value Scale Hub exists

Value Scale Hub started from a simple observation:

Many SaaS teams don’t need another investor, agency, or 100-page strategy deck.
They need a clear view of their highest-EV levers—and help turning that into a plan the team can actually ship.

After years as investors, operators, and founders, we saw the same patterns over and over again:

  • Pricing left on the table

  • GTM efforts spread too thin

  • Churn/NRR problems misdiagnosed as “sales issues”

  • M&A decisions made without a clear EV and integration lens

Value Scale Hub is built to fix that: short, focused projects that create clarity, prioritise the few things that matter, and support execution.

Who we are

Value Scale Hub is led by Andreas Santos (founder of Value Scale Hub) together with a small network of senior collaborators.

We’ve been:

  • SaaS investors in specialist PE

  • SaaS operators (including CFO, VP Sales, CMO and VP CS roles)

  • Founders/CEOs building SaaS products and teams

  • Board members and advisors across multiple SaaS companies

We’re comfortable in boardrooms, but we also enjoy working directly with the teams that need to ship.

Our view on enterprise value in SaaS

We look at every engagement through an EV lens:

  • Growth: new ARR + expansion

  • Retention / NRR: the compounding engine

  • Margins: gross margin and unit economics

  • Efficiency: CAC payback, sales efficiency, focus
